Training Tip

Never ever... Miss or skip your warm up/cool down and stretching. If you are getting into a serious program or even a one off workout do not skip these ever. It will help you prevent injures and promote a faster recovery. Enabling you to train hard again for the next workout. If you are going into a workout sore because you skipped stretching your risk of injury is higher. Keep in mind sometimes even when you do warm/cool down and stretch you can still be sore because you trained so hard. So give yourself some extra time to warm up.
